In today's dynamic world, life without technology is meaningless. Keeping this in mind, the IT team at KPS aims to hone and enrich the techno skill of our young students and contribute to a digitized India. We empower our technocrats by giving shape to their creativity and imagination.

We at KPS are proud to have healthy labs with genuine Windows 10 in all PCs discouraging students to use pirated software. We also have multimedia systems installed in resource room used to develop school android App by students. Students also work on hi-tech softwares for movie making, digital graphic designing and more.

IT Curriculum

The IT curriculum at KPS aims at:

Painting tools for class I

Data handling for class II to V

3D animation - class III

Logic building and coding V to XII.

Computer Week

After the grand success of ICT Day in March 2017, celebrated with Techno Leaders of Grade I to VIII, we celebrated Computer Week from 9th October, 2017 to 13th October, 2017 to encourage future technocrats. Students got an opportunity to test and exhibit their best through various computer related activities.

Grade 1 & 2 gave wings to their imagination and came out with colourful and wonderful drawings in MS Paint.

Grade 3 made beautiful cartoons in Art Excel.

Grade 4 designed animated scenes in Scratch. A few students went the extra mile and designed a ping pong game and a Maths quiz.

Grade 5 designed mesmerising posters on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in Inkscape.


Grade 6 created beautiful posters in GIMP on habits with the given images.

Grade 7 and 8 designed a webpage on healthy habits using Dreamweaver/Notepad++.

Grade 9 & 10 participated in a gaming competition of Counter Strike Go. They explored the bonding between graphics, game design, physics simulation, programming, artificial intelligence and player interfaces.

The activities led to encouragement of the spirit of collaboration, creativity, innovation amongst our students.

Bits & Bytes Club

The Bits & Bytes Club encourages students to explore the world of animation comprising 3D and 2D animations designing facilitated with 3D printing in campus.

Enthusiastic participation of students paves the way for consistent innovation and design.
